What we discover in a business, we take responsibility for: not by handing over a blueprint and wishing the business well, but by staying inside the work until what we saw is standing and real. We do not separate the finding of potential from the making of it. We carry both.

We embed because what we find in a business cannot be executed alone, not even with a perfect map, and the business works beside us, because becoming more is work no one can do on an entity's behalf. When the road bends, we are there to straighten it. We do not deliver and disappear, and we are not afraid of the work meeting reality, because we are not executing a theory.
